Maybe its a case of all of these loa / wild gods HAVE made races but they all are the same because the creators are the same species?
Like if a snake loa makes a race its sethrak and if a bear loa makes a race its a furbolg?
Do they require a partner to make these races? If so maybe Sethraliss mated with one of the other Snake Gods. Most likely either Sseratus or Hethiss as they are specifically Gods of Snakes whereas Dambala just happens to be a snake.
It really depends. Do we know if Loa / Wild Gods can creates races all by themselves or if they do so how others do?
In the case of the Centaur they were made when Cenarius' child had a child with an elemental (at least in old lore)
