but at some point you either need to trust in the knowledge that you don't know everything (and that's totally okay), and/or you need to be ready to ask questions rather than start at conclusions - I'm still working on that second part myself.

I sympathize with people who wish Things could be more straightforward and less mechanically complex than they often have to be - especially autistic or AudHD people who I have personally known to be the biggest proponents of what my dad would call "KiSS" (keep it simple, stupid)...
