I have to call my doctor’s office again to see what the heck is going on with them not contacting the pharmacy about these prescriptions I wanted to have refilled. It’s really pissing me off cause I submitted the refills last Thursday!!

I made chicken congee(rice porridge) with my instant pot and it turned out great. Was very delicious!!

The instant pot is a lifesaver for when I’m having a bad flare and don’t feel up to cooking. Just dump a bunch a stuff and set it and let it do its thing.
