dale cooper is a great example that having an engaging, lovable protagonist can completely justify every other aspect of a story, regardless of the deeper feelings you may have with it. I could watch that man do anything and have a big, fat smile on my face.

like at some point the lyrics just become a re-telling of shit we already know, and like ... statements. like ....... idk i don't like that

they always directly allude to shit and it kinda takes me out of it. it's fine for like... musicals and musical style compositions but if you're making like a pop song ... idk it just doesn't feel right

the problem i have with fan-made/fandom songs is they are so fucking on the nose like let the lyrics be a little vague

Stress builds up in the body, and if it's not discharged somehow, it's likely to make us ill.

Two other things that work are: 1) swimming. If you can't swim bc weather/pool availability, try a bath or shower.
2) swinging, ideally on a big playground swing. If that's not available, rocking chair.

The tech behind this knows if the tab is asleep. In *theory* (and from some VERY quick testing myself) people can avoid this issue by adding twitch to this the "always keep these sites active" setting in Chromium browsers.
