Everybody needs a support group.

I finally decided to join a SaaS mastermind. I voiced what I was struggling with and it was great to hear validation and advice.

One particular piece of wisdom calmed my fears and then turned out to be 100% correct.

Entrepreneurship doesn't need to be lonely.

Had an excruciatingly difficult conversation yesterday.

But it was such a relief for both of us.

The only regret? Not doing it sooner.

Startups are hard.

The sooner you face your uncomfortable emotions and negative feelings, the faster they pass.

And behaviors which deny you the ability to properly confront them makes things worse.

Luck is when preparation meets opportunity

"Mental wellness" does not mean being happy all the time.

Distress is part of the human condition. Lost your job? Pet passed away? Got dumped? Sadness and anger are appropriate.

For far too many people, "uncomfortable" means "unmanageable."

3 - you don't actually *need* to purchase a separate domain to be your handle!

This was the "aha" moment for me - you can use your personal domain which might host your regular website. The txt record you're adding as "_atproto" for your domain is enough for Blue Sky to know this domain is yours! 💡

2 - If you purchase a separate domain to be your handle, you may also want to set up a redirect, so the domain will point to your BlueSky profile - you can do this in your domain management, too.

For example, point it to: https://staging.bsky.app/profile/[your.handle]
