Thanks for this article, it resonates and cancer does indeed suck. My doc once said, "Each day will be a new normal." Wow were those words prophetic. Not necessarily good or bad, just have to adjust to the changes thrown at us and keep going.

This. With my own diagnosis, I fell into a pit of depression for a while. I started painting which has helped as well as support from family but you are right. I can feel it, I can acknowledge it, but if I give in to it now, then I have already lost. With each breath, choose to live.
