Politics is subject to Conway's Law: change communication structures and you will change systems. The way forward is to give up the idea of globally-scoped software mediated by centralized power structures.

The appetite for local-first software is growing

Overall the presentation went well. The second half was a bit rushed and highlighted how important dry runs are in establishing pacing.

Dream is my worldview as a pattern and I will be refining this talk as a way to convey it.
