If it helps at all, when we went through a fire we kind of kept whatever items were in good shape after it was burned and just cleaned it with sponges and water. Its admittedly not easy but you can salvage some stuff and not be poisoned by carcinogens

I know we aren't super close but I'm really glad you and Tracey are safe and I will always try to support you as best as i can
