that being said in the years since this came out I've come to find using the term shaman in this context to be a bit grating, any of these terms that exist for it are all flawed in their own ways so its just a pick your poison type situation

sure thats fine. To me I am much more bothered by the medicalized language because it is negative framing that centers disability, and i dont really believe that those terms are centered around a coherent taxomony (ie they're just random buckets of symptoms)
