In 2021 there was a poll after the election asking if people thought the SNP had a mandate for a referendum. Big majority, bigger than the independence vote, said yes. Then they only ever asked when? Most said 5 years. No poll asked if they would not vote if the ref wasn't at their preferred time.

Clearly you have no sense of proportion, or much grasp of detail, if you can't comprehend the magnitude of Westminster corruption. Are you aware that SNP govt ministers have never taken any raise to their ministerial pay and return the difference after tax to be used for public spending.
WM corruption is massively worse, largely because so much of it's blatant corrupt behaviour is within the rules. Who writes the rules? Those who revel in graft and grift. Things can be within the rules or within the law and be absolutely deplorable. No one would design the UK system from scratch.
Do you think it might be more important to other people, or groups of people, than it is for you personally? What would be better for the country, for democracy, for the future? Is the status quo a good thing? Doesn't independence offer more possibilities for Scottish creatives, as in Ireland?
A broad church party like the SNP wouldn't persist in a PR system where every party has only Holyrood to consider. I look forward to that realignment because it would be a sign of PR working properly. I hope every party drops Scotland or Scottish from their name so Labour, Liberal, Green by default.

The cap on raising the Council Tax for second homes in Scotland was +100%. Now it is uncapped so that councils can set it at what they need to reduce ownership of holiday homes that price out locals and lead to depopulation, a particular problem in the Highlands and Islands.
It hasn't been very specific, but I think Swinney said when questioned at the launch that what was intended was one price capped example of each item should be be available in each store, not that all bread, cheese... would be capped. No, I don't have a source.
