TMo had a large traffic disruption when VZWs network went down. The traffic then went way up on TMo which caused service issues. It was not an outage issue with TMo, but it did affect some TMo customers. Lotsa noise on downdetector, socials, etc. So this was a "it wasn't us!" text.
