Great discussion! Interesting overview of the articulation of Open Science incentives between the European/ national/ funder/ insitutional/ library levels. I love the "Lorraine policy": instead of telling people to do Open Science, the policy is "If you want to do things, come to us, ask for help".

It really was a pleasure to present the "Lorraine model" together with @fresseng.fediscience.org.ap.brid.gy

Happy to share our experience of moving away from "big deals" and of funding instead jobs, diamond journals as well as open infrastructures!
