my first ever spider plant was a spiderette from a teacher in my elementary school and i had her up to high school. sadly died while i was away ;-;
sifting through options and a lot are home depot or hobby lobby, which is a no for me :p

a tall slab mug designed to look like an abandoned castle. there's a wooden door with a window above it and a vine growing up the side

i have 4 little peat pucks that don't have any sprouts despite using the same seeds, but i did add compost from my worm bin to the dirt so maybe that made the difference here
