From the waste produced from having to package all of our product in individual plastic bags, to the growing expectation of management with no raises, hours cut across the board, and the same workload we've always had idk. My love for this work is being strangled slowly by capitalism

Listen. I'm really good at this job. I believe I've fostered a really positive work environment and I love my team dearly, but the $ only approach that capitalism pushes is making me really, really hate it

I hope busy season changes my mind, maybe I'm just going stir crazy, but the expectations in retail lately are really pushing me out of enjoying this industry
