I like that oubing really do have a post victory dance party after every film.

Since he doesn’t have any weapons after the second movie, I think it would be really cool if he could heat up sand, and then shatter it over an enemy. But I think in the third movie, Taiyi will just give him other weapons.

Ao Bing is still that deadly aloof pretty boy from the first film if you pay attention. It’s just that it’s hard to be that when you’re always around this guy.

There is definitely space for stories to show “ugly” emotions like jealousy and resentment but it was really refreshing to see a story that doesn’t focus on that.

Like despite everything there is never any true conflict between the two and never any jealousy on Nezha’s part and I really appreciate that although he directs any negative feelings on himself.

I think I mostly watched teen dramas when I watched the first movie last April and it had an impact on how I see Nezha so everything that happened felt like a wholesome surprise to me.
