Well... If you're talking pre-DT, very scared. Aside from Estinien, everyone else he ever fell for died because of him one way or another (Haurchefant, Ysayle, Zenos and Emet-Selch) so there is a lot of pain for someone with their heart on their sleeve. By DT, he dissociates in self preservation.

The primary places are the neck, wrists, ankles, his back between his shoulder blades and the area between the stomach and heart that end up being super sensitive, but well... he's not above enjoying pain, even if he lies about it.

Not exactly. The scales themselves are thick enough that a lot of it acts like natural armor now, but there's points where they grew over scar tissue, and *those* points are particularly sensitive regardless. You have to be someone he fully trusts to mess around with those points.
