You can always search up something like "simple DAW" (DAW = digital audio workstation) to find one that fits your needs

There's many programs, each with their own features, workflows and price, so depends on how much you're willing to learn and pay

There are the popular ones like FL Studio, Ableton Live - lots of tutorials

If you need something that's similar to Logic, then that might be PreSonus Studio One
