I've had what I was told were tension headaches for 10+ years. A week ago they were intense and my GF noticed my behavior was a bit off. She took me to the ER and I had my first CT scan. The next day I was in surgery and diagnosed with high grade GBM. This is hard news and is impacting so much.

I found it just before my marriage ended as we were making progress. That show was a lifeline and hit me right in the feels. Waterworks happened often. Now I am in a Daimond Dogs mens' group that requires the show (and other therapy work) to join. Believe!

Sadly it sounds like so many members I knew/know, and my much younger self as well. I'm glad to be out of that frame of mind.

Trying to have a rational conversation about the state of the nation is so challenging. Some people are so stuck on the smallest grievances they had with Biden while the current guy has caused severe damage. My own Dad agrees, but he says "well, I don't think it will last". Sheesh.

It was a wild night here in Washington. My power has been out since 630pm yesterday and cell service is pretty terrible. But it's good to see some of my kids come out of their rooms to hang out together. 😁
