Completed a federal grant application today. Used all gender neutral pronouns, used words like, inclusive, diverse, at-risk, and community.
My co-worker and I refuse to dim our light to allow hate and propaganda to shine brighter. We are who we are, we serve our whole community.

This week, this MONTH, y’all, has been something out of a grown up’s life.
Meetings, field trips, grant awards, grant proposals, presentations to adults, presentations to kids, ordering and then REordering. Successes, anxieties, failures, and picking myself up, dusting off, going again.
