It's so overwhelming, honestly a humbling experience to be sat in A&E sobbing whilst wearing an adult nappy, my boobs out and leaking, and ofc a doctor I used to work with was working

Ah ok cos that could be a reason for a lower HR, definitely get checked out by a doctor if you can, particularly if you can feel when your HR is low or you feel tired/breathless/weaker when it is

Half an hour late being called for my midwife appointment at the doctors surgery, asked the receptionist whose reply was they're not connected to the midwives.
