The new Microsoft Word logo, an oblong rectangle with corners shaved round till it's nearly an ellipsis. The "W" in thick sans-serif font is shoved in a corners-sanded-round blue gradient box in the lower-left corner. It's overlaid atop three blue gradient stripes ranging from robin egg blue to a deep azure. Each of these have their corners aggressively rounded so they look like ribbons. It does NOT look like a notebook or a piece of paper. Apparently it's meant to be a "W" rotated 90°.

Like a lot of labels, you don't necessarily assign it to yourself. Rather, it's assigned to you by people who are interpreting your rhetoric, actions, and politics.
The problem with the term "NIMBY" gaining a foothold in the popular consciousness is the fact that people think they can excuse themselves of NIMBY rhetoric by saying "I'm not a NIMBY...BUT—" which is just not how these kinds of labels work.

For reference, the city did not do this during the November budget protests (which I also covered).
There were significantly fewer protesters today. The only major difference was what they were protesting and the colour of their skin.
