This is good news and state of progress, so I would hope that all games taken down through this censorship ban wave (as well as their downloads) will be reinstated too. At the very least replies to correspondence would be appreciated when so far I and many others have heard nothing back on inquiry.

In response to everything going on, I'm going to start doing an artist / game showcase on itch. I feel like there needs to be more places for people to discover stuff than the big platforms.
To anyone worried about the sweeping attack on nsfw content: Existence is resistance. Part of these pushes is to silence people and kill their desire to keep engaging with the art they make and experience.
@Itch.io has not replied to the email I sent asking to dispute it and instead just went ahead with the takedown notice despite in their initial email saying to email them. They never sent me the dispute form.
Not all of them. A lot of them just got shadow banned from search and/or unlisted. I was one of the unlucky ones who got takedown suspension notices.
This thing only needs another 25k signatures. With the amount of porn on this site, this should be a cakewalk for us.

I was very fortunate to not have any of it spoiled and I think it is best experienced completely blind. If this rest of Deltarune follows up as strong as chapter 4, I will gladly wait another decade for the rest of the game to be finished.
Now that I've finished playing through deltarune's chapters 3 and 4, if you haven't bought it yet, I highly recommend it. While chapter 3 is exactly what you think it will be, chapter 4 blows everything prior out of the water. It is genuinely incredible and very epic in scope.
