Wrote a longer issue in my newsletter about the state of @eu-inc.bsky.social

Working on onboarding for new joiners is always fun and stressful. Realizing how much should have been improved already while trying to smoothen everything out.

Keep an eye on your builder friends pushing the limits of their wellbeing for the sake of velocity. We're not machines.

The excitement still outweighs the fatigue. For now.
But that's exactly the thing to watch. "For now" can sneak up on you.

Managing multiple agents in the background, hopping between tasks, running scripts, chatting with the team — some days it just piles up. Even for someone who thrives on context switching.

Working with AI is genuinely the most fun I've had in years. 🤖
But the pace? It's relentless. "Comprehension debt" and "context overload" are now part of my daily vocabulary.

I treated myself to a new keyboard. #NuPhy

Love the sound, love the design ... my fingers still need to get used to the slightly different key placement, but will get there.

US tech billionaires act like they are neutral in all of this. But they are not. By not speaking up, by knowingly letting the oppressors leverage their tech, they are complicit.

I hope we all in tech will all do better very soon! We have to! Being silent always helps the terrorizers.

Prediction:

OpenAI will really struggle this year, but to financially stabilize the whole situation, MS will jump in and acquire them.

All that was left is putting it in a nice looking PDF template, and now ... I have custom coloring pages, open to share with the world.

I used Gemini to help me build this. It ended up using a python script that improves the black-white contrast, and then with a simple script runs a vectorizing on it.

I had to vectorize those images for a crisp quality. Online services were not good enough. Either it is costly, or the quality is really poor. So ... I built my own, and it was faster than I could have guessed.

Sunday morning project, that turned into a fun journey.
Kids want special coloring pages. Well ... so I ended up creating some with AI, but the quality on print was BAD ... that lead me on a journey.

Checked out linktree and other top results. Some are bound as feature to other tools. e.g. pxl, tagshop, linkpage (yeah, some are "micro pages")

Anyones you use?
