Judge Talwani’s order said that Ms. Ozturk had asked that a judge determine whether her detention was lawful.

Rumeysa is now in Louisiana in ICE custody. This is after a MA judge ruled that she should not be sent out of Massachusetts without prior written notice.

They sent her to Louisiana because immigration judges there are extremely hostile to immigrants and people who oppose genocide. #mapoli

WV GOP lawmakers passed a bill that would allow health care providers to “visually or physically examine a minor child” to identify “biological sex” without the “consent of the child’s parent, guardian, or custodian.”
