The people in this government are not people of faith, that is irrelevant. They are using Christianity as a tool of control and supremacy. They don't believe in diversity. They have created a fascist state, encoding persecution of minorities into law, and trampling human rights.

In sum, this government is all about white Christian supremacy, except that Stephen Miller, who is writing a lot of policy, favors Jews, and they are accusing people of anti-semitism as a cover to remove the rights of protesters and to deport people.

They are using Christianity to subjugate women like banning abortion rights and taking away their right to vote. To reverse LGBT rights. To install prayer in schools and to ostracize followers of other religions. This also underpins their rejection of science.

My faith is irrelevant. I am a caucasion descendant of European Christians if that helps you place me. Trump and the Republicans are foisting Christianity into laws and dismantling separation between church and state, a bedrock of democracy.

This is way beyond a political disagreement between two parties. That ship sailed long ago. Republicans are fashioning a Christofascist country and destroying democracy. Read Project 2025 and get informed.
