He's definitely got weaknesses but changing manager is a gamble, keeping Howe is a calculated risk.
He keeps ageing players only because we can't sell them or more likely afford to replace them, we had all but zero talent when he took over.
He deserves the chance to see if he can evolve IMO.

The best bits of it are, the depth, not so much.
We can't yet attract an "elite" manager, the elite want the elite players who we can't pay/afford.
The players we've got are the players the constraints allowed us to get. We lost two very good players Anderson/Minteh due to those exact constraints.
I just think he's earned the chance to put things right and giving that chance is less of a gamble than someone (unnamed) new. Some are comparing Howe to Bruce FFS, it's preposterous.
If we could attract a Klopp or an Alonso, fair do's, but we can't.
*cheating corrupt mess, if you please
Don't agree Amy-sorry-if you are prepared to can the manager, he may turn things around, you should be able to propose for debate an alternative who is more likely to turn it around. Changing managers rarely works and we have one who's worked miracles. He's earned the right to try and fix it IMO.
There is someone who can do the job IMO (or at least needs to prove he can't) and that's the current incumbent.
Suffering the Mrs watching it as I type ๐คทโโ๏ธ
If you want Eddie out (I believe he's earned the right to see if he can fix it after a summer that's not a divisive circus) you must have someone in mind not just an ethereal "someone who's better" !!
Who ?
This is a dance off, if you see this repost with a dance or get eliminated. ( Just to humour Amy)
They're well run clubs we were a fucking talent desert. Who would you have come in ??
Absolutely pony all the way to a cup semi final, 5th round of another cup all the while playing games to get to the last 16 of the CL. But aye, absolutely "pony".
Not yet it wouldn't though, new stadium wouldn't be ready for at least a couple of years yet even if they'd finalised plans 3 years ago.
New exec needs time to sort stuff out, previous incumbents weren't exactly stellar (notwithstanding Eales illness situation).
So long as it's a full month without anything like last years circus, it'll be ok IMO. Isn't it usually only 5-6 weeks anyway. Key is having any new bodies in early.
You can only get rid of "favourites" if you have a buyer. (they're imaginary btw, I recall Longstaff was considered a favourite - where's he ??).
Big difference, manager/fans have zero control over ownership, Arteta laughed about it.
A stable executive is a major key to being able to do that. Hopefully that's what we have now.
The top and bottom of it is, if a player can get more money somewhere else, they'll want to move. "The Project" progress (or perceived lack thereof) as an influence on any player decision is daft. It's 99.9% about the money.
Do those values include protecting an accused multiple rapist ??
Not a gardener but we planted (by chance) some Geum (aka Avens) they spread, loads of tiny bright flowers all summer (ours are budding now) you can get reds/yellows/orange. If you dead head them (scissors is easiest) they flower forever ours into last Nov. Die back for winter and come back bigger.
The Champions League is simply code for the clubs that can pay the highest wages, if we could pay ยฃ300K a week no-one would be wanting to move tbh.
Changing mgr rarely works, yes he's got faults but for me he's earned the right to see if he can fix it. If he can't we're no worse off than with a failed change.
It's not a gamble, it's calculated risk, which I believe is less risky than change. Next season same again? THEN we would have to act.
Nah, the rapist protectors are just bottling it again and it's glorious.
Not sure where the Tonali "couldn't be arsed" comes from, pre-conceived perhaps, he was one of the few who chased/harried IMO. Agree on the rest
Steady on someone could have emental breakdown
Ooh that one grates
If Jarlsberg did cheese puns eh?
They had to clear it all up very Caerphilly
