Okay, that doesn’t change that their wording was inappropriate and misogynistic. You need to be aware of the way you speak about women. Anyone who knows what misogyny is and anything about its impact, especially if they have faced it themselves, should also know this.

But also, there are people who want to be in this space without seeing content about or interacting with men. I’m one of them. I have those tags blocked. I feel unsafe around men in real life and certainly do not want them invading my personal, intimate kink space (yet of course it happens anyway)

No. Their posts don’t say anything about seeing misogynistic content about women. They’re just complaining about seeing too many women. Especially on the tumblr post. If that’s not what they meant they shouldn’t have said it like that

I don’t like seeing “CW” on anything because it’s useless for filtering but I don’t see anything wrong with tagging what your content is, that also helps people interested in it to find it easier.

Any instance where you feel threatened by the amount of women you see in media is just pathetic. I know that’s not a nice way to say it but I do not care. You can express wanting to see more male or mlm content without complaining about “woman porn overload”

If that was their intention I think it’s very inappropriately worded. I still lurk through the g/t tag on tumblr, I have for years, and I have seen women and sapphics share their feelings on the lack of representation for that demographic which is very much real and I would not call it “funny”
