Yeah everyone is on a new plate bought from Victoria. But from what I gather its actually bigger than the landship so its alright.

Its just regular arknights story progression. Eyes of Priestess has been replaced on every map that came out post chapter 15. After loosing PRTS, RI needed to replace a lot of things. The oil tank is probably a denomination for the new mobile plate Rhodes Island is using to replace the landship.

It was the shockwaves made by the character's asscheeks that did it.
