Makes sense, but, if they can’t sell, why didn’t they gave Topics part of SharePoint Premium, or simply include in the base license? Why not include goals as they did for Pulse, Insights with copilot, or any other new tech. I’m not asking _you_ the question, but the suite story is confusing to me…
