[there are so many ways for this to go on, i can’t decide which one is the best.]

they always end up fighting about it. millenia after millenia, lwj reminds wwx that a broken red string is irreparable, that he should not even mess around something that is so fragile.

technically a dragon’s shed can be nourishing, so he saves the cleanest parts for a-yuan to eat. 😭😭😭

it’s illegal to help a punished dragon after a beating — this is to ensure the shed goes as messy as possible and that the scars /keep/.

i’m imagining a-yuan helping his baba out tho… picking at the shed skin so carefully so as to not hurt him more.

dragonji, obviously offers himself to carry the strikes meant for a-yuan too and for some reason, they never removed the baby from dragonji’s cell after.
