I’m pretty sure the safe audio is to protect against DMCA and not comparable to how TikTok automatically rejects something that comes off as a possible song upload that doesn’t have to do with DMCA.

Regardless, I wouldn’t trust a “safe audio” as an automatic catch all.

It’s what it says in the description, it’s detecting audio that is longer than their allows amount which iirc is 59 seconds.

They try to avoid people uploading full songs, even if it’s not copy right. You just have to turn down the sound because it’s too loud.
