Oh yeah and the sleep after that is like falling into some void. Don’t remember how you fell asleep and didn’t realise you slept after you woke up haha 😁

From my experience the sessions that leave you like that are the best in the longer term. It feels almost like the head is reassembling itself haha
It might be overwhelming but the fact that you are pushing that path is alone worth praise. It is very much worth the effort!
