Having excluded all trans people from proceedings before it, the Supreme Court decides in favour of For Some Women Scotland.

Ugh. Trans women are women. They are not the enemy. All of this bullshit is such a distraction. If this much energy and money was put into improving the lives of people at the fringes rather than in excluding them, then we would be in a better place. We are not defined by the content of our pants.
