unironically i could probably write an essay on this but it'd probably just be for myself. my poor friends have heard enough of me complaining about it for the next lifetime

over all: i enjoyed parts of it but i don't think i'd recommend this game to anyone unless they were already a diehard runefactory fan, and even then i would temper your expectations severely. i didn't even play with sound 90% of the time since the barks were too much for me...

it was very interesting to play this right after playing mistria because they feel like such stark inverses of each other in almost every aspect. i have mixed opinions on both but in opposite directions basically

i think there's a lot of good ideas in it that get buried under bad execution. there are also some ideas that i wish were better in the first place but like there's potential in it is my point

finished the (rather short) rf5 msq. i still have the same thoughts i had at the start of the game which is that it's really messy and i'm surprised it even got shipped out like this, but despite all of that i don't hate this game in the slightest
