I think that's why I use the colors because it helps me see in-line what I've changed, and allows me to go back to that specific draft to see what I took out if I'm still not feeling it

Being able to see those revisions and drafts really does help!

Blue to edit the Red.

Green to add anything I think is missing.

THEN I feel comfortable handing it in 😄

This is how I approach all my writing now. I call these first awful drafts Vomit Drafts.
