When people tell me they think i lost weight, but I actually not or gained weight. So exhausting and confusing.

I’m not hungry. I ate 2 slices of bread in the morning. And im still not hungry. Idk if its because of my adhd meds or not.
Maybe cause i dont feel that good.

Im positive on my exam btw got an B yeah and even with the one in 2 weeks i cant go worse then a B

Im so in pain. I have school till 16:30 pm
