It's no surprise that you can still make sexualized images of real people using Grok.
I don't think Elon ever intended to prevent that, but rather he knew that it would generate him money.

Insane story. Even after the was caught by the FBI and was on pre-trial, he was arrested again as he continued sending fake nudes to harass one of his victims. A search of his new phone uncovered more than 2,400 images and videos “depicting nudity, child sexual abuse material, or violence”
