That should be most of it! Really it boils down to Processor and Graphics choice if you're not looking for the most optimized experience, if you're between two choices - ddr4 vs ddr5 will dictate how fast your memory can be used, if timing ain't an issue ddr4 works fine!

- GPU:
I personally use Nvidia from habit but hear great things about AMD
This choice is based more on the quality of monitor you want. Most people love the jump from 1080p to 1440p. Less so for 4k so I'll exclude that
1080p: 2080ti
1440p: 3070ti decent settings
1440p: 3080ti better settings

- Ram:
32 GB

- Processor:
splurge here only if you do program intensive applications like 3d rendering.

Sweet! Taking a look at the recommended system requirements of both, looks like iRacing is the more demanding game so I'll use that as the starting point for what they recommend. Just keep in mind AI centers are driving up prices like crazy for everything.
