Don't get me wrong. Everyone should absolutely get paid! But... these prices for online courses & conferences are so high. It feels more like gatekepping. If prices were lower, don't you think more people would be able to afford and therefore more would be sold and make the same, if not more profit?

As always, I share my 2023 Reflection using the same format as my bullet journal.

I tried Ghost and am currently working on integrating it into NextJS while still fixing issues with Mailgun, Vercel, and DigitalOcean DNS.

I have been promoted to a principal role, but I am uncertain if it is right for me due to the increased responsibilities and inadequate compensation.🙈 oh well at least the leveling are now available for the design team after 2 and half year.

Will try to #buildinpublic next week for my small ideas after asking my colleagues of result of their first build in public experience 🔥 Not really sure what will be result but let's see 😂
