Michigan courts just signed a contract to use Learned Hand AI. Florida is considering following suit. Learned Hand is owned/developed by Shlomo Klapper, a Peter Thiel/Palantir protege. The same Palantir that selected the DOGE kids to force Elon Musk’s ai on the federal government.
