I don't get to see very many female Cardinals. I thought to myself like a prayer - I want to be more aware. I want to see more. Now I see the females way more often and am hearing them as they flutter about. I'm also noticing other birdies. Isn't that lovely? I feel content.

Cool sounding opportunity. When I watched the news segment the teacher indicated that at least part of the issue is the hands were different colors. Worst of all, she wasn't actually violating their own policy. People look differently, there is nothing wrong with that and honoring that reality.
