@simonwillison.net I just made github.com/ysamlan/agen... . It uses github.com/simonw/claud... as a base, but renders animated GIFs instead of HTML, and adds Codex support. Besides the Claude Code log parsing itself, it's a bit of a "greatest hits" of your tricks:
