I have a small head cannon that Scott was actually secretly preparing to propose to Emma before the events of AvX. Right before it all went to shit. I think that it could’ve been a neat little story of Scott trying to hide a secret like that from one of the most powerful telepaths in the world.

What’s something that would completely change the trajectory of his arc for the better in just a few issues? Like what could make it better in just and issue or two
