In November 1984, Bloom County had the line "If two million people do a foolish thing, it's still a foolish thing." I kept that one on my bulletin board for at least four years.

I still have that same Bloom County book!

First it was Peanuts, for me. Used to read the Sunday funnies, then later the daily B&W set. Get Fuzzy was my '90s favorite.

Bloom County started me on a lifelong penguin quest after I became "Opus" as a camp counselor!
