It was emanating a scraping as it moved. It appeared like a large black slug with the head of a whale. It had something resembling eyes, its black pupils wildly swirling around the white sclera.
Davies learned a friend also witnessed the creature. Both concluded it was evil, having fled after fear and panic gripped them.

The seemingly sinister Boneless, a sluggish beast spotted over in Longdendale in the Peak District. Little is known about it outside of Davies' description, though perhaps that's for the best.
