Anyone else’s App Store Connect Trends tab look like this or is it just me? It’s been like this for multiple weeks now.

We use this pattern too with a slight modification. We often suffix the bundle id with a subsystem within the app to aid filtering. E.g.

“app.portal.audio”
“app.portal.sync”
“app.portal.ui”

When multiple independent co-ordinate systems collide it’s always a confusing mess I think.

Same! It’s a real head scratcher sometimes.

We have to deal with it a lot to support multi-screen spanning and it takes me a good few hours to get back into the right headspace every time I need to work on that code.

Jumping between #Elixir and #Swift multiple times per day is breaking my brain. The context switch between camelCase and snake_case is a constant fail.

At least mix format and swift-format are keeping me honest.

Yes, i think maybe there are already some that will act as local agents. I’m very much in favour of the legislation generally. But it’s still another cost/obstacle/uncertainty for indies. It’s the lack of clarity that I find hardest when you don’t have a legal team.

If so then it could be quite a burden on indie developers, especially those outside of the EU.

Does anyone have any insight into if the new GPSR regs that come in on Dec 13th apply to software only products? And to what extent App Store marketplaces vs developers are responsible?
