The charges were ended by two different judges Circuit Judges Neomi Rao and Justin Walker. Both are Trump appointees.

Appeals court orders judge to end contempt investigation of deportation flights A federal judge must end his contempt investigation of the Trump administration for failing to comply with an order over flights carrying Venezuelan migrants to El Salvador last year, a divided appeal...

Your information is inaccurate. Judge J. Michelle Childs wrote the dissent

Childs said the court's majority has trampled on Boasberg's authority "in a way that will affect not only these contempt proceedings but will also echo in future proceedings against all litigants"

This is not accurate. It was a 3 judge panel The judge who wrote the opinion was Judge Neomi Rao and it was supported by Judge Justin Walker, both Trump appointees and Judge J. Michelle Childs, a Biden appointee, wrote the dissent. It was a 2-1 decision.

Not sure if this is a good idea but I've been reading rotating chapters from these books and it seems like a nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon

I'm a librarian as well. We always get phone calls asking us to stay open afterhours because the parent is stuck in traffic or "a little late"

You don't visit libraries very often do you?

We don't have a full list of the books but some were completely unrelated to LGBTQ content including a biography of Malala Yousafzai, The Diary of Anne Frank, Civil Rights Movement and Holocaust literature.

And forcing children's books into the adult section is not how a library works.

Im beginning to suspect that Libertarians are terribly unobservant or just spectacularly bad at discerning context.

I cannot emphasize enough that all of this is based on money. There is no opinion so clueless that you can't find someone willing to go on media and support it if you pay them enough money.

You don't have to imagine. Andrea Arnold directed a version in 2011. Arnold grew up on a council estate in Dartford.

Hmmm. I thought it was. Shouldn't the MARC record have a listing? Usually the translator should be added to the author field.
