I ESPECIALLY hate it when I hear it used in professional mental health contexts like YOU don't get to say that about other people

Image from tomodachi life of miis crowded around a cubus from ffxiv. It seems they’re saying the cubus is basically a beacon of hope in a cruel and uncaring universe…

I gave Emet the Cubus as a pet and it is has rightfully become an enjoyable part of every mii’s day

Illustration: a black cat with white paws wearing a wizard hat sits behind the table of a market stall bearing a faux-scroll sign that reads “SPELLS AND HEXES”. On the table are four potion bottles of varying size, a human skull, wand and a candle in a wooden holder. A sign reads “objects cursed while u wait”. Several stick effigies hang from the sign. A snake is climbing up one of the sign supports.

[Tsarus Honors Man Of The Year

In its eleventh annual search for someone to anoint "Man of the Year,' Tsarus of Memphis for the first time took nominations from the general gay and lesbian community. The fourteen nominees included a broad array of individuals and organizations, and the banquet to announce the winner was held at the WKRB bar on March 15. As a fundraiser, the club prepares, donates, and serves the dinner. At $5 a head, the club accumulated over $700, which was donated to the charity selected by the winner.

Sharon Wray, a.k.a. Boss Hog, was obviously caught by surprise by this year's "Man of the Year" title, exclaiming that she "would not have worn mascara if she had known that she was going to win." Sharon was selected for her many years of community service to the gay and lesbian community in Memphis. Now the owner of WKRB, a previous bar under her ownership, Sharon's, was the first to welcome the leather community and give them a home. WKRB is practically known as "benefit central" for all the fundraisers that occur there to benefit the community. In her association with and membership in many of the leather clubs in Memphis, past and present, Sharon has been a consistent catalyst in bringing men and women in the leather community together. Sharon announced that Friends for Life, a PWA direct emergency fund, and the Memphis Gay and Lesbian Community Center were her choices to split the funds raised by the banquet.]

It's harrowing, so watch with care, but I am still genuinely surprised that we got this in the era of true crime people gleefully digging up and showing off skeletons with no respect for the bones they hold

He's in the show, it starts with his arrest and reveals his crimes / peels back the "just a nice guy' persona he put on, but I never felt like it was glorifying him or being disrespectful to those he killed. And it doesn't let the police off the hook either.

What I liked about Devil in Disguise was how much it focused on the lives of those lost and the family left behind. For the most part, it would cut away from the flashbacks before Gacy entered the picture and you were left feeling the loss of the men and boys.

Colored digital sketch of Holle, a small masc xaela au ra with dark blue skin and mottled scales, halfway to climbing into the lap of Haurchefant, who is leaning back in a red chair with his legs spread wide and a beaming grin on his face. His white button-up shirt is partially undone, and Holle is pulling at his tie, about to go in for a little bite.
