Completed cross stitch of georgie. and poppy my chihuahuas. It took a few years of stitching at least once a week and used Aida 22ct. Poppy has since passed away now and Georgie is now 12 years old.

After 124800 stitches and a couple of years I have finally finished the cross stch my brother gave me for Christmas.

It was a bit fiddly in parts so it took longer than I thought.

I'm really enjoying guitar practice and even as a beginner I can play a tune that sounds like a song 6 weeks in.

My adult son was even singing along quietly under his breath the other day while i played. I didn't let on that I heard him.

Plastic model of a v8 engine fully built with only a few spare parts....I followed the instructions (third time lucky) Battery powered model that even works. I don't think that it would work for long without throwing off parts. But i can call this finished.

Omg. After pulling it apart twice and restarting from scratch I can finally say done and it worked.
This was an intense and challenging. You can only test properly once fully built, so there was no way to know if it was correct until it was completed. Those that know engines would find it easier

A plastic model kit like Lego but not. Half built engine.. I have gone back a couple of steps because the piece i was trying to fit didn't.

Sou vide is doing its thing cooking my steak to perfection while I struggle with building an engine. Good indoor kind of day

I need inspiration for my christmas menu so timely! Everyone's coming to mine and my brother who is a chef is on a super yacht asked me what we are cooking plus my mother is gluten free. I'm sure I can find something for everyone and cook up a feast.
