"things i didn't think about" fuck ups cause of the normals being added together. sooooo not totally done yet. working on fixing shit atm.
For now, you can just go in to the Group Node and only use the AC normals.

AC6 Shader update.
-Rust has normals now and combines with the AC normals.
-Proper outputs for baking textures now (I think).
-Changed Rust amount from Ease to B-Spline for better control.

Roberts with swords are always cool. The glow looks very nice, especially.

Full view of the Crunch2000. You can't really see the bumps cause the camera is so far (even at 5760x5760 resolution; zooming in helps), but you can see how the rust interacts with reflections on the model. Still looks pretty good from a decent distance away, tho.
Testing the rust settings by adjusting the amount of rust, and how it looks on different models. I also made 3 different renders at different distances.
Added rust height. It can be glossy or "dry."
Alpha, Beta, Gamma, color schemes, and Solid view for reference. Some edge pinching here and there, but idk how to deal with that. Ignore the legs.
I always found the Allmind parts funky cause of how glossy they get. Kind of annoying tbh, but eh.

Weapons and rig prettified. I've done nothing but blender for 12 hours today. I'm gonna see retopology and sharpened/seamed edges in my sleep, I swear. My head hurts, too, but I do it all for the goated PCA ๐
More smoofening. This time with the PCA SG mech. Messed up a spot on the legs, but i fixed it after i rendered. Dont feel like rerendering.

Didn't spend too much time with blender today. Tried to think of something to do with Lyra, the tuxedo car girl. I have something in mind, but animating soft bodies hard.
So I spent some time prettying up the ekdromoi. Starting with the legs. Sub-d modifier for higher poly and some retopo stuff.
Robert hand of the girl draft. It's not super seamless and still a WIP, but it's getting there. I need to actually open up the hand in SP to better change the textures, but that's after I get everything squared away mesh-wise.
Im going to have her arms be robotic at the end. Tis a struggle atm
It's handy, to be sure. Expensive tho. If you can get it it's worth learning. I barely know how to use it right now, but im having fun being able to make my characters more personal

Took a break from art stuff and posting in social media, but im doing both again. I made a robot thing, but the file size was too big for bluesky. Now that I have Substance Painter, have this retexture of a car I'm doing. She's very prebby, I think.
